Arsenal host Brighton on Saturday, December 27, as they look to remain at the top of the 2025/26 English Premier League table. 

Arsenal have taken maximum points in both Premier League matches since suffering their second defeat of the season – which came away to Aston Villa – at the start of December. 

That loss saw them drop points in any match for only the second time since September, following a draw away to Chelsea, which came two games prior.

Manager Fabian Hurzeler’s side have since drawn back-to-back home matches against West Ham and Sunderland, whilst they also suffered defeat away to Liverpool.

Following a strong start to the season, the Seagulls have now slipped to ninth in the Premier League table, conveying the importance of each match and the strength of the division.
