The second round of the 2026-27 UEFA Nations League brings several heavyweight fixtures, with Belgium vs France, Sweden vs Poland and Czechia vs England offering interesting angles across the totals and handicap markets.

Belgium vs France
Both nations made winning starts, with Belgium beating Italy 2-0 in Rome while France edged Türkiye 1-0 in Zinedine Zidane’s first competitive game in charge.
France will be without Kylian Mbappe after the Real Madrid forward scored against Türkiye before suffering a knee injury.
That removes their biggest individual threat, although Ousmane Dembele, Michael Olise and Désiré Doué still give Les Bleus plenty of attacking quality.

Sweden began their campaign with a 2-1 victory over Romania, but they have now lost Alexander Isak to a minor injury.
The Liverpool striker has left the squad and will miss the remaining Nations League matches.
That leaves Viktor Gyökeres as Sweden’s main attacking threat. He scored alongside Isak in the opening win and will now carry greater responsibility in the final third.
Poland drew 0-0 with Bosnia and Herzegovina in their opener and have struggled for consistency, although Robert Lewandowski remains capable of changing a game.
Sweden have also won their last two meetings with Poland, including a 3-2 World Cup qualifying victory earlier this year.

Thomas Tuchel’s side still have considerable attacking quality, with Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham among the players capable of making the difference.
