Liverpool vs West Ham picks, predictions and how to watch

Liverpool to win

Both teams to score

Combined odds: +236 with FanDuel

Liverpool will continue in their hunt for UEFA Champions League qualification when they host relegation-threatened West Ham on Saturday.

Their Premier League form had rather stagnated before Liverpool’s 4-1 win over Newcastle back in January.

Before that game, manager Arne Slot’s side were winless in five league matches, drawing four times and losing to Bournemouth in stoppage time.

The Reds have since won four back-to-back league games following a defeat at home to Manchester City and find themselves level on points with Chelsea in the race for a place in the top-five.

West Ham’s recent form has seen them propel themselves back into the fight for survival, having lost only one of their last six Premier League matches.

This follows a run of 10 games without a victory, and though manager Nuno Espirito Santo’s side remain in the bottom three, they are only two points behind Nottingham Forest, who lost to Liverpool last weekend.

What are the best bets for Liverpool vs West Ham?

Liverpool to win

A rejuvenated West Ham have it in them to cause Liverpool problems, given that the hosts have already dropped points at home to Leeds and Burnley in 2026.

However, West Ham’s most recent performance could have sent a glass eye to sleep, and you get the feeling that this match might be a step too far.

Liverpool have won the last 10 matches when the Irons have travelled to Anfield. I expect the hosts to extend this run to 11 consecutive victories.

Hugo Ekitike to score

Hugo Ekitike is enjoying life in a Liverpool shirt, and this match looks to be a brilliant opportunity for him to add to his 10 Premier League goals this season.

Adding him to score in a parlay isn’t a get-rich-quick scheme, but it is something that may add a little more value to your bet.

Both teams to score

Similar comments apply to adding both teams to score in this game, given that it has landed in the last four meetings between these two sides at Anfield.
